Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Installation and Troubleshoot of internet connectivity, telecom, and video.
- Respond to support issues with truck rolls and telephone support
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem and be able to walk customer through problem solving process.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Internet Connectivity,
- Low voltage wiring and testing / Fiber Infrastructure Builds (underground and aerial)
- Running low voltage lines in attics and crawl spaces
- Remote hands for customer support technicians and engineers
- Telecom and Video experience
- Fiber Splicing Experience preferred
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring and fiber optics
- Great communication skills/ Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to multitask / Able to work without supervision
- Pleasant manner / Good presentation / Patience
- Travel Required
- Clean DMV
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
Expected hours:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Riverside, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
