Ability To Organize And Present Monthly Packages.
Experienced In Condominium Communities And All Working Operations.
Understanding Of Budgeting Process / Financial Reporting
Working Knowledge Of Building Documents (Proprietary Leases / Offering Plans / Bylaws, Etc.)
Working Knowledge Of City Codes / Violations / Proper Procedures
CAI Certification A Plus.
Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
