Description

For our Automotive Vehicle Refinish division, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for Thuringia and North Hesse to join our team as soon as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customers (workshops) in direct sales
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing sales-promoting measures to achieve budget goals
  • Regularly monitoring sales figures and implementing sales strategies
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers and collaborating with the external sales team responsible for our dealers
  • Ensuring and expanding sales with existing and new customers
  • Independently creating and coordinating customer visit plans
  • Preparing reports and progress reports
  • Planning product demonstrations
  • Conducting workshops and customer training
  • Administrative follow-up of appointments using internal tools (e.g. CRM)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a painter or commercial qualification
  • Professional experience in sales in a B2B environment
  • Passion for colors and paints
  • Confident appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Initiative and teamwork
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, ideally also CRM systems
