Your tasks:

With great dedication, you will take on the professional leadership of a dynamic team and enjoy individually and longterm developing your team members
In your role, you are responsible as a competent contact person for ensuring the implementation of personnel processes and regularly communicate with relevant interface partners
You are also the central point of contact for topics such as payroll, HR digitization, and the creation of personnel documents
You ensure reliable reporting, identify areas for improvement in our personnel work, and also take care of preparing key personnel metrics

Your profile:

Commercial education with several years of professional experience in human resources or further training as a specialist
Committed and structured work style with a high level of service orientation
Analytical skills with a good understanding of numbers
Ideally, first experience in leadership
Organizational talent, communication skills, and diplomatic finesse
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
