    Description

    **Description:**

    + Responsible for the set up and operation of CNC vertical Mills.

    + Will be doing 2-5 set ups per day depending on the schedule.

    + Need to be able to load the program, modify the program and edit/adjust machines.

    + Will run 2-3 machines at a time.

    + Working with Aluminum, cast iron and other specialty metals

    + Responsible for first piece and in process inspections using micrometers, calipers and gauges.

    + Document all findings for quality control team.

    + Brands of machines: mainly Doosan and Mori-Seiki

    1st shift opportunity

    **Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

    Must Have

    3 years of CNC experience on Mills at least

    1 year of set up experience

    Experience with blueprints

    G code

    Nice to have

    programming expereince

    cnc schooling
