    Position Summary

    The role is responsible for helping gather business requirements to ensure business objectives are met by IT solutions and is a team member during the design, development, execution, and support of projects and solutions. Responsible for working with stakeholders mainly from Maintenance but not limited to.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Lead the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
    • Optimizes SAP ERP system to manage plant maintenance processes and associated costing activities.
    • Maintains relationships with different business areas with excellent communication.
    • Works closely with business leaders, to quickly understand new requirements or problems, and then suggests a possible solution.
    • Leads solution design activities with different groups in a specific business area to create and to document the business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other modules and systems.
    • Lead IT in maintenance plans and scheduling integrations between SAP PM and Prometheus/Innoapptive solutions.
    • Lead the asset master data within SAP PM
    • Lead and coordinate technical and user acceptance testing efforts.
    • Manage cost estimation and tracking within SAP Costing modules.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.
    • Provide training to end-users on SAP PM and Costing functionalities.
    • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
    • Stay updated on SAP releases and industry best practices.

    Experience & KSA's Required

    • Demonstrates leadership by coordinating technical and user acceptance testing efforts
    • Functional/technical development experience with the following SAP modules/components:
      1. SAP Plant Maintenance with exposure to Fiori.
      2. Knowledge of integration of SAP modules with non-SAP software solutions
      3. Strong Costing Knowledge
      4. SAP Procurement (MM) is a plus
    • Excellent functional knowledge integration around SAP modules such as: S/4 HANA FICO, MM(EWM), SD, PP, and PM.
    • Possess a strong understanding of SAP Costing modules and hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining these functionalities.
    • Strong knowledge of Procurement Process (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Workflow) and Costing is required
    • Strong Interpersonal skills including collaboration, leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
    • Effectively interface with all levels of an organization – both business and technical.
    • Has thorough knowledge of SAP system components & interfaces being integrated, testing procedures, and configuration issues.
    • Broad Cross-Functional and Technical Skills in SAP eco-system
    • Strong listening skills, analytical problem solving, critical thinking, planning, and organizing skills.
    • Fluent in English language including reading, writing and speaking; ability to read and write at a minimum of high school level; ability to clearly communicate to all levels in organization.

    Education Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
