Job Description:
Development of the examination scheme in the product area of quality management at TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH Establishment and expansion of expert networks and participation in specialist committees in the field of personnel certification (networking) Negotiation with suitable partners and development of individual examination concepts and procedures Analysis of customer needs to create a tailored service offering (USP) Identification of current trends in the field of personnel certification and adult education (business development) Support of internal and external audits Promotion of cross-departmental cooperation

Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial or technical education or studies Training as a quality manager or similar profession Experience in quality management as well as in strategic and operational customer support desirable: experience in auditing and knowledge in the field of personnel certification, adult education Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, additional language skills are an advantage Agile, independent and results-oriented work style as well as assertiveness Presentation skills and networking competence
