- Reviews and evaluates software products and systems to ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards. Develops software/systems testing procedures and conducts tests
- Act as an Agile Product Owner to represent the team with stakeholders
- Regularly groom the backlog with the Agile Scrum Master and Team Leadership
- Work closely with the team to provide cross functional support to resolve defects and errors in software products and systems
- Collect and communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to various IT teams - Resolve moderately complex product issues and track progress
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology and trends in IT quality assurance * Prior experience with automated testing is preferred
- Coach and provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Proficient experience creating user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans/cases
- Proven understanding of solutions development methodologies (e.g. DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.)
