    We are a top-tier engineering firm in the residential, commercial, and environmental sectors, on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Business Development Engineer at our Golden, CO location. This position focuses on exploring opportunities in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system commissioning. As a key player in finding new leads, identifying potential clients, and sealing deals, you will play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships, projecting sales targets, and propelling our business growth. We offer relocation support for this position.

    Responsibilities of a Business Development Engineer:

    • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders in the construction and architecture industry in Colorado
    • Collaborate closely with the internal management team to devise marketing strategies and sales targets
    • Keep track of potential and existing business through CRM tools
    • Work on marketing campaigns and promotional materials
    • Lead the sales process within the organization, from initial outreach to creating consistent business opportunities

    Required Experience and Skills for Business Development Engineer:

    • 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably in the construction sector
    • Knowledge of the current construction market trends
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and successful sales pipeline management
    • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets and maintaining a strong client base
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
