    Welcome to a Unique Opportunity as Vice President of Engineering/Product Development at Our Company

    About the Role

    Join our team as the Vice President of Engineering/Product Development and take on a crucial role in driving innovation and technical excellence to propel our company's mission forward. Your leadership will be instrumental in overseeing engineering activities from development to manufacturing.

    You'll work closely with external partners to ensure project success and deliver top-notch products to our customers. We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit, solid technical expertise, outstanding leadership qualities, and a history of fostering engineering excellence in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership to encourage innovation and collaboration within the team.
    • Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    • Lead new project initiatives and collaborations with academic and research institutions, defining project scopes aligned with business goals.
    • Attract and manage top engineering talent to promote growth and learning.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality requirements in all engineering operations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in physics, engineering, or equivalent field.
    • Strong project management skills with a history of leading prototype development.
    • Experience in precision spectroscopy, vacuum packaging, MEMS fabrication, and electronics.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Prior involvement in Atomic clocks and inertial sensors development.
    • Knowledge of Vapor cells, laser frequency stabilization, and related technologies.
