Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Used Car Sales Associate to join our 2-person sales team in Cumberland, RI.

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle to suit their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Listen to customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and generate repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service. Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve sales targets. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
