    We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage multiple projects with administrative staff and department heads. You will coordinate projects and act as liaison between architects, construction managers, contractors and MMC interdepartmental staff.

    In addition, you will:

    • Maintain drawings and construction records.
    • Review proposed projects with departments and determine feasibility of initial plan in light of what department wants to accomplish.
    • Act as liaison with government and regulatory agencies regarding Fling and obtaining all required building permits, licenses, and authorizations.
    • Conduct routine inspections of all active job sites and assist in resolution of day-to-day problems associated with project progress.
    • Coordinateection, purchase, and installation of all project-related furniture and equipment.
    • Ensure project remains within budget, review purchase orders, process check requests and payments to consultants and vendors.

    We require:

    • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent.
    • 3 years of construction experience in hospital settings, including 2 years of drafting and design experience.
    • Ability to read and use blueprints, schematics, technical drawings.
    • Ability to work in precarious or high locations (ladders, scaffolding, etc.)
    • Good organizational & interpersonal skills.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.

    We offer competitive compensation. Annual Salary is $125,000.
