- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or School Nursing from a Regionally-Accredited college or university required.
- Must have completed three (3) years of Supervised Clinical Nursing Experience as a registered nurse consisting of a minimum of 500 hours per year, preferably working with pediatric/child population.
- Registered professional nurse, designated as R.N. as defined and determined by state law, and currently licensed in the state of Delaware. Must provide copy of RN license.
- Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Until FilledThis is a temporary, casual/seasonal, School Nurse position for the 2024 Summer School program supporting Elementary level schools.
QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals who will be eligible or possess School Nurse certification are encouraged to apply. All candidates must apply online. Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for School Nurse.
Preference will be given to current Caesar Rodney School District employees.
Summer School Program Dates
Monday - Thursday, no school on Fridays
NO SCHOOL FOR STAFF AND STUDENTS: July 4, 2024
(Program will run Tuesday - Thursday only, NO SCHOOL ON MONDAYS or FRIDAYS)
SALARY: Individuals will be paid $36.77/hr; unless you are working 12 Month programs, then it will be per diem and will be paid only for hours worked. Temporary, casual/seasonal employees are not eligible for leave or other benefits.
