Overview:
We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As the Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the custodial operations of our facility. This is a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff, including training and scheduling
Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and wellmaintained
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or repairs
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient cleaning operations
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance role
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions are not available.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
$ $22.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
