Job Summary

  • The JCC Mid-Westchester utilizes Daxko, a CRM, Customer Relationship Management system that helps to manage customer data, for several key business functions.
This role will be responsible for mastering and implementing Daxko protocols, staff training, and related business processes.


Key Responsibilities and Expectations:


  • Participate in systemspecific training from JCCMW staff and Daxco
  • Understand institutional use of membership database system and manage database adherence to company expectations
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels. Create standard operating procedures (SOP's) that meet the needs of each programmatic unit to best utilize the CRM.
  • Conduct data entry and clean up; troubleshoot and streamline data entry procedures
  • Conduct all Daxko staff training and support on the use of the database. Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify systems processes. Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way
  • Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
  • Identify complex problems, evaluate options and implement solutions utilizing systems analytics.
  • Maintain exceptional crossteam communication. Create and maintain database documentation, including instructions for use, procedures and definitions. Run weekly reports and provide information to all business units.
  • Respond to queries, recommend workarounds, and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Support usage of additional company systems
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Minimum two years experience managing CRM databases; Daxko a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate difficult or complex concepts across teams.
  • Professionallevel knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates selfdirected ability to handle and prioritize multiple customer projects and incoming customer requests.
  • High proficiency with data management and proven analytical abilities.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Physical Requirements


The physical demands which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job include movement within an office environment, the ability to write by hand and the use of frequent repetitive motion on computer keyboard.

Also requires the ability to communicate by speech and hearing continuously. Visual acuity is needed for detailed work, and computer use.

The ability to sit for extended periods of time as well as climb stairs, stand and walk are also required.

$ $35.00 per hour
