    Job Overview:

    As a Sales Professional at Bloomingdale's, you will play a key role in guiding customers to unlock their creativity through personal style. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional service, showcasing fashion expertise, and building lasting connections with clients both in-store and online. By engaging customers in meaningful conversations, you will deliver a unique shopping experience that fulfills their needs.

    You will also actively engage on the sales floor, identify customer requirements, promote our Loyalty programs, and ensure a seamless shopping journey from beginning to end. Additionally, maintaining store operations excellence by utilizing our fulfillment system, adhering to merchandise standards, and keeping the store organized are vital aspects of the role.


    Essential Functions:
    - Create an enjoyable and efficient in-store and online shopping experience; fostering and nurturing customer relationships
    - Boost sales through interactions with in-store and online customers, utilizing and mastering technology tools
    - Contribute to the merchandising and operational duties assigned to the position

    Qualifications and Competencies:
    - High School Diploma or equivalent required
    - Proficiency in interpreting safety guidelines, operational manuals, and procedural instructions
    - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Physical Requirements:
    - Prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or department
    - Activities may include reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color differentiation
    - Regular use of various technologies, such as computers, handheld devices, and cash registers
    - Ability to lift/move items up to 25lbs
