IT Help Desk Supervisor - Hauppauge, United States - B&L PC SOLUTIONS INC
Description
We're currently in search of a Supervisor to fulfill the followingjob responsibilities:
- Initial triage on all inbound support calls
- Answering incoming calls and responding to incoming tickets
- Organizing tickets in our queue and ensuring that technicians are handling them properly and quickly
- Dispatching tickets that are not able to be handled remotely to our onsite technicians
- Verifying that backups are functioning properly both onsite and offsite for clients
- Confirming that client's are satisfied with the products and services that are being provided to them
- Assist with organizing documentation for clients
- Creation of standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Morning Person Required (shift is from 8:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m.)
