_ Position Duties and Responsibilities:

SANITATION- oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the Sanitation schedule

Must be able to work from 10pm 5am, available on weekends

- oDemonstrates a strong understanding of the sanitation cycle consistent with HACCP, USDA, GMP, and AIB guidelines
- oCleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment according to established time constraints and quality standards
- oFollows guidelines for proper use and safety of chemicals and equipment
- oMaintains a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas
- oDemonstrates a sense of urgency in regards to daily duties: cleaning, washing, dusting, organizing, mopping, sweeping and trash removal
- oComplies with GMP rules and regulations
- oTakes ownership of food safety standards and prevents cross contamination
- oSafely operates all warehouse equipment to prevent damages or injuries
- oConsistently comes to work on time and as per scheduled
- oArrives to work on time and consistently
