Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver mental health treatment to individuals under care, which may include services such as Mobile crisis response and Community stabilization Services (specific preferences discussed during the interview). Utilize techniques such as behavior management, modeling, care coordination, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and skills training.
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and mandatory trainings.
- Engage in care coordination activities to expand professional connections.
- Develop individualized service plans (ISPs) tailored to each client and execute the established goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements established by governing bodies and uphold the standards of care as per Soft Life Therapeutics policies and procedures.
