OPTIONS Family of Services, a local non-profit organization, strives to help people with intellectual disabilities meet their wants and desires as citizens within their community.

We serve 200 people from Paso Robles to Santa Maria. Daily, we improve the lives of those we serve.

The program supervisor is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the individuals' rights are being protected and their needs met
  • Supervising staff and ensuring staffing is available according to the needs and regulations of the program
  • Planning activities and scheduling staff
  • Scheduling doctors appointments and ensuring healthcare needs are met
  • Attending planning meetings, and ensuring paperwork is completed, filed, and up to date
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the home and that the facilities meet licensing requirements
  • Oncall duties for one week approximately every 8 weeks


Supervisors also provide direct support and training to the individuals and spend approximately 25% of their work week engaged in working directly with the adults with intellectual disabilities that we serve.


The work schedule for this position is typically Monday-Friday 7a-4p, however, other days and hours may be needed to train staff, etc.

OPTIONS offers a full benefit package (medical/dental/vision) as well as 16 days of PTO annually.

The starting rate for this position is $25.01 per hour. The higher end of the range is for employees who have been in the position for several years.


Pay:
$ $26.66 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
