About the role:

We're looking for a Strategy & Ops Leader who wants to join us on our mission to build the system of record for furniture listings.

You'll make our mission your own, optimize day-to-day ops, own critical programs across the business, and ultimately help unlock efficiencies.

Pretty much you're going to parachute into some of the most pressing problems facing the company and solve them quickly.

You will have an insane amount of ownership, lead the ops team, and work super closely with CEO and PM, as well as sales, success, and product teams.


  • Lead and oversee the daytoday operations of the ops team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute project plans to drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Own reporting and KPIs. Define scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery and surface them early.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

You'll be great in this role if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or ops at an early stage venture backed tech company.
  • You have the experience at a fast growth company, can manage a roster, budget, and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Exceptional organizational and time management
  • You're relentlessly resourceful. You've got hustle, grit, and execute above all.
  • Super organized. You are able to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity.
  • You're default curious and know how to find answers.
  • You ensure nothing falls through the cracks and whatever comes across your desk is betteroff by the time you're done with it.
  • You're kind, direct, and generous with your time.
  • You're an excellent communicator. You have the ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
