The Custodian is responsible to deliver the company's standards of Janitorial Service crew to sweep, clean dust, litter and trash, shovel snow and ice, hose down ramps, stair ways, and other non-technical services as assigned by the Facility Department within a specific geographic region, such as a specific number of locations or all locations within a given area, i.e., Washington, Maryland, and locations in Virginia, etc.

Individual and team success requires a passion for client success, commitment, dedication, and leadership.

Minimum Job qualifications

The ability to use a mower, grass cuts tools, walk behind sweepers is required.
Must utilize manual cleaning equipment such as brooms, brushes, mops, hose, snow shovels, etc.
Reading and writing comprehension of safety manuals and cleaning chemical instruction is required.
