- Manage Business Transformation projects e.g within Product management, R&D, Innovation and Operations
- Understand the overall program to manage scope and dependencies.
- Liaise and communicate with various stakeholders (e.g different product areas and functions) to determine priorities and agree on solutions
- Follow up on progress, measure and report on KPI ́s, and escalate if projects are falling behind in any aspect
- Convey key insights, e.g. key issues and suggested actions.
- Produce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports.
- Offer ad-hoc analytical support
- Master's degree in economics, management, finance, engineering or similar.
- 1-3 years of project/program management experience from an international and multi-cultural business environment
- Experience from the med-tech industry, R&D, Innovation, Product Management and Operations is a merit
- Strong business acumen, e.g. being able to identify and communicate issues which are business critical.
- Fluency in English – Swedish is a plus.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Project, PPT and Excel).

We are seeking a Project Manager Business Transformation to Acute Care Therapies (ACT), to join us on our journey We have a high ambition and will over the coming years double the number of lives saved.
The Acute Care Therapies business unit generates more than 15 Bsek of revenue and serves a variety of needs, including e.g Extracorporeal Life Support, Ventilation, Advanced Patient Monitoring, Anesthesia, Intra-aortic Balloon Counterpulsation and more.
As a Project Manager Business Transformation you will be responsible for leading projects and facilitating activities to support the overall transformation agenda, including communication, data collection and analysis, across all areas of the business transformation scope, e.g. Product management, Innovation, Development and Operational Excellence.

Your experience / skills include:
As a person, you are a true team player and strong communicator with a great ability to manage and influence different stakeholders. You are analytical and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines well.
The position can be located in Solna (Stockholm, Sweden) or in Wayne or Merrimack (US). Remote working is possible up to ca 40%.
