- Acting as the financial advisor to the general manager and EC Team to evaluate business decisions' financial impact.
- Keeping all management levels promptly informed of financial deviations and control weaknesses.
- Effectively managing cash flow-related issues and communicating them to the management and ownership promptly.
- Monitoring and ensuring accurate recording of hotel revenues and expenses as per Crescent Hotels and Resorts' guidelines.
- Overseeing compliance with regulations and safeguarding owners/investors assets.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel Accounting or related field; or a 4-year college degree with an Accounting/Finance concentration and a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- Physical Requirements may include long hours and sedentary work.
- Ability to convey information clearly and work effectively in stressful situations.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and be adept at handling financial data.
