The
MEDIAN Reha-Zentrum Bernkastel-Kues, which has been in existence for over 40 years, is one of the largest rehabilitation locations in Germany with over 800 beds in four clinics for orthopedics, cardiology, psychosomatics, and neurology.


We are currently looking for a
Assistant (m/f/d) to the Commercial Management to strengthen our teams as soon as possible in full-time.


Your main tasks

  • Classic office management with scheduling and organization, handling all secretarial tasks (correspondence, travel planning, followup, ordering), presentation creation including pre and postprocessing of conferences and meetings, as well as organization of training events
  • Participation in crossclinic projects
  • Support in the operational and administrative daily business of the administration

  • Degree as a clerk for office communication, clerk
