Your tasks:

In your role as a process engineer, you will play a key role in implementing lean principles and effective manufacturing methods to increase productivity and efficiency.

Supporting production with troubleshooting and implementing specific measures to improve existing production processes
Optimizing workflows from a lean perspective to reduce production costs
Collaborating on the development of new products and their transition into production
Creating documentation (work instructions, test instructions, etc.)
Developing area-specific and investment projects
Implementing and commissioning new production equipment/machinery

Your profile:

Completed degree in fields such as electrical engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. electrical technician)
Knowledge and practical experience in the production of electronic components as well as in mechatronics
Structured, independent, and reliable work style
Social competence, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills
Good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as proficient use of common MS Office tools
