Responsibilities to help you move forward:
- As a specialist in the Care Support Center, you provide information and fulfill tasks according to 7c SGB XI
- You provide independent and comprehensive advice and assistance according to 7a SGB XI in the sense of case management
- You advise on planning, ensuring and further developing the nursing and social service structure
- You cooperate with external individuals and organizations, work on projects and working groups, and participate in quality assurance measures
