    Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
    Plan, oversee, and implement operations strategy aligned with company growth plans.
    Streamline vital operational activities and ensure teams perform tasks per established expectations.

    Review and regularly analyze department data, including financial, productivity-related, performance, and work-order data and metrics relating to maintenance programs and operations.

    Assist in the leadership and strategic direction of the organization, taking on critical operational tasks.
    Hire, train, supervise, and mentor team leads, fostering an environment of growth and efficiency.
    Oversee system management, collaborating with internal and external vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
    Make recommendations and ensure the company's allocation of resources aligns with business needs and goals.
    Ensure compliance with local and federal business laws.
    The Skills &
    Experience You Possess:

    3-5 years of experience in multisite operations, preferably from the hospitality industry.

    Collaborative Mindset:
    Thrive in a team environment.

    Adaptability:
    Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

    Communication Skills:
    Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
