Protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.
Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times.
RN assumes responsibility for providing direct patient care and documentation in the EMR as required.2.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)

Any color scrubs is fine, no pediatric scrubs please.
Travel RNs receive initial onboarding in collaboration with the department's Clinical Educator, completion of online learning modules and orientation to the unit.
Travel RNs typically have one 12-hour shift in orientation on the floor with a unit preceptor and then work independently with an assigned group of patients thereafter.
