What to expect | We put people at the center of the technical workflow

  • You are responsible for the technical preparation of hybrid conferences / video conferences in the client's rooms and support users upon request during their execution.
  • In advance, you ensure that the technology in the client's video conferencing rooms works perfectly.
  • As the first point of contact for the client's users, you always have an open ear for their concerns and process support requests received by phone, email, or through the ticket system.
