The
MANITOU Deutschland GmbH is responsible for the distribution of the MANITOU and GEHL brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Our constantly growing team, currently with around 60 employees, generates more than 100 million euros in revenue.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time/part-time
Administrator in Spare Parts Sales (m/f/d) at our German headquarters in
Friedrichsdorf im Taunus (Hessen), starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Regular correspondence (both oral and written) in English with our parent company in France
Maintenance of customer and article master data
Monitoring and control of automated invoicing process
Manual creation of invoices and credit notes
Identification of public tenders, preparation of offers, processing of spare parts orders
