The
MANITOU Deutschland GmbH is responsible for the distribution of the MANITOU and GEHL brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time/part-time
Administrator in Spare Parts Sales (m/f/d) at our German headquarters in
Friedrichsdorf im Taunus (Hessen), starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:
- Regular correspondence (both oral and written) in English with our parent company in France
- Maintenance of customer and article master data
- Monitoring and control of automated invoicing process
- Manual creation of invoices and credit notes
- Identification of public tenders, preparation of offers, processing of spare parts orders
