Position Description and Responsibilities
The Close-to-Open Team Member seeks to provide a clean and safe environment each and every day by working as a team to close the store and prepare it for opening the next morning
Our Close-to-Open Team Members:
- Work from 10pm6am
- Clean the store after closing and prepare for the store to reopen the following business day
- Wash dishes
- Clean floors
- Clean fryers and other machines
- Working quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Adhere properly to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel
- Strive for quality and consistency in every aspect of their work
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, courtesy and hospitality to all
Skills and Competencies
- Able to lift 30 pounds

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 16+ years old
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Hardworking
- Teamoriented
- Friendly
- Honest
Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade.
