YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
With our targeted 24-month trainee program, we prepare you for a leadership position in nursing management at Asklepios.

Personnel:
personnel planning, selection, development and leadership

Organization:
including personnel shortage management, shift and vacation planning, concept development and implementation, process design and optimization

Business fundamentals:
collection of key figures (including personnel shortage statistics, occupancy, time accounts) and budget planning


YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies with a focus on nursing and/or business administration, as well as a completed nursing training
  • Professional experience in the nursing field is desirable - primarily in a hospital setting
  • You are flexible, communicative, and a team player
  • You enjoy shaping and taking on responsibility
