POSITION PURPOSE:

As a Bartender, you will work in a fine dining, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide European style service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS_:_

Maintains proper and adequate setup of the bar daily. Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all bar products.
Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Previous bartending experience in fine dining, high paced restaurant, attention to details, responsiveness to guest needs, ability to communicate in English with guests and, flexible schedule.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Experience:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 2-4 years of bartending experience in fine dining, fast-paced environment required.

Pay Rate:

$8.00 per hour plus tips

Currently, experienced full-time employees are earning up to $30.00-$40.00 dollars per hour
