We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant initiative supporting the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) in Critical Infrastructure Risk Analysis.

This role involves overseeing a team of employees and subcontractors responsible for:


  • Conducting data analytics, including enterprise and technical architecture, systems engineering, and technical assistance.
  • Performing risk analysis, including cyber and infrastructure analysis, and incident response.
  • Aligning requirements, capabilities, and data to understand and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Reviewing and analyzing systems and assets to identify risks with potential cascading impacts.
  • Providing planning support, including strategic planning and program management.
  • Conducting analytical writing and data visualization.
  • Supporting potential work surges due to evolving risk management initiatives within the CISA and NRMC mission space.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving these activities to support the NRMC's mission effectively.


Work Description:

The Project Manager's team will assist government personnel in managing risks by delivering support that enables:

  • Understanding of technologies and associated risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Identification and analysis of risks.
  • Development of short
- and long-term methodological and analytical processes to reduce risk.

  • Engagement and sharing of risk information with stakeholders to enhance federal network and critical infrastructure security.
There are seventeen (17) critical infrastructure sectors in the United States whose assets, systems, and networks, whether physical or virtual, are vital to national security, economic security, public health, or safety


These sectors include:

  • Chemical Sector
  • Commercial Facilities Sector
  • Communications Sector
  • Critical Manufacturing Sector
  • Dams Sector
  • Defense Industrial Base Sector
  • Emergency Services Sector
  • Energy Sector
  • Financial Services Sector
  • Food and Agriculture Sector
  • Government Facilities Sector
  • Healthcare and Public Health Sector
  • Information Technology Sector
  • Nuclear Reactors, Materials, and Waste Sector
  • Transportation Systems Sector
  • Water and Wastewater Systems Sector
  • Critical Infrastructure Subsector

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct data analytics, including enterprise and technical architecture, systems engineering and technical assistance.
  • Perform risk analysis, including cyber and infrastructure analysis, and incident response.
  • Align requirements, capabilities, and data available to the NRMC to understand and mitigate risks to critical infrastructure.
  • Review and analyze systems and assets to identify risks for cascading impacts.
  • Planning support, including strategic planning, and program management.
  • Analytical writing and data visualization
  • Support potential work surges to support changing priorities due to new and updated risk management initiatives that support the evolving CISA and NRMC mission space.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Proven experience in successfully managing large teams, including subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
  • Experience leading programs related to information sharing in both private and public sectors, with a demonstrated ability to navigate fastpaced environments and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Implementation of process methodologies for analytic programs at agency or corporate levels.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience with a Master's degree (MA/MS) or fifteen (15) years of experience without a Master's degree.
  • Possession and maintenance of a Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
  • Availability to communicate with the COR via telephone during standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) and responsiveness to technical issues within 24 hours of notification.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in project management supporting National Security missions.
  • Familiarity with NRMC (National Risk Management Center) and/or critical infrastructure protection initiatives.
