Description

The Department of Building Construction is responsible for all properties of the Free State of Bavaria and the Federal Republic of Germany in the Bavarian Untermain region, as well as church buildings and the Bavarian representations in Berlin and Brussels.

The Department of Road Construction plans, builds and manages federal and state roads in the city of Aschaffenburg and in the districts of Aschaffenburg and Miltenberg, as well as county roads in the district of Miltenberg.

For both departments, our Technical Management (Contract Department) is responsible for organizing and conducting procurement procedures for construction, supply and service contracts, as well as contracts for services provided by architects and engineers. They provide advice and support during contract execution.
