Description

To strengthen our fire protection team at our headquarters in Dresden, we are currently looking for a team leader (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of our team of four specialist planners, with the potential for further personnel growth in the future.

Your Role

You will develop proposals for fire protection concepts for exciting projects from various business areas within our company.
After successful acquisition, you will implement the proposals according to the performance specifications of the AHO in fire protection concepts.
You will be the main point of contact for our architects and engineers regarding fire protection during the acquisition and competition phases.
You will also be responsible for organizing the internal commercial and technical processes of the team as part of the overall company.
In the future, you will also be involved in customer acquisition and will accompany interesting projects up to construction supervision (HOAI LP 8).

Your Profile

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering (or equivalent) with additional qualifications in fire protection.
You have several years of practical experience in the field of (preventive structural) fire protection.
Ideally, you are recognized as a qualified fire protection planner for preventive fire protection.
