About this role:


Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Administrator to join the Business Implementation Management Comprehensive Review Team as part of Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS).

This individual will focus on the review of customer facing communications for certification, working closely with business partners to ensure the accuracy of communications and assisting with updates as needed.


In this role, you will:


  • Support the review of customer facing communications for certification
  • Work closely with business partners to ensure accuracy of communications and assist in updates as needed to meet business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement for the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or updating customer facing communications
  • Perform complex administrative transactional and operational and customer support tasks
  • Ensure that reviews operate with maximum efficiency to meet timelines
  • Interact with immediate team and external business partners on wide range of information
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Independently meet performance metrics and policy expectations
  • Assist with the editing and publishing of procedure documentation

Required Qualification:


  • 6+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in reviewing and editing written and/or digital customer communications
  • Experience developing and writing customer focused messages, announcements, statements, and other types of written exchanges
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of work and effectively oversee multiple items in progress to completion
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic English writing conventions, to include spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Experience using Jira and/or the ability to adapt to new technology
  • Highly effective collaboration, critical thinking, and decision making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently with mínimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) experience
  • Experience working with global teams in locations such as India or Philippines
