Engineer (f/m/d) or Technician (f/m/d) in the field of Electrical Engineering to implement the Climate-Neutral State Administration

The
Construction and Real Estate Management Agency NRW is the owner and landlord of almost all properties of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

With around 4,000 buildings, a rental area of approximately 10.3 million square meters, and annual rental income of around 1.5 billion euros, we manage one of the
largest and most demanding real estate portfolios in Europe.

We develop, plan, construct, and modernize technically and architecturally complex properties for universities, the judiciary, and state administration – also on behalf of the federal government.

The BLB NRW takes on a pioneering role in CO2 reduction measures in building and operating buildings throughout the state.
