    Responsibilities

    As the RN Case Manager, you will ass ume full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient, while continuously evaluating personal and professional performance and making necessary changes to increase productivity and quality of care delivered.
    • Makes the initial nursing evaluation in determining eligibility for hospice services during visit within forty-eight (48) hours of referral.
    • Identifies the patient's/family's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs and re-assesses as needed, no less than every fifteen (15) days.
    • Initiates and coordinates the plan of care while maintaining accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding the patient's condition.
    • Documents problems, appropriate goals, interventions, and patient/family response to hospice care.
    • Collaborates with the patient/family, attending physician and other members of the IDG in providing patient and family care daily.
    Education and Experience

    Experience Requirements
    • One year of clinical experience.
    License Requirements
    • Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience.
    • Current CPR Certification.

    The Senior Data Engineer serves as a key resource withing Global Data Engineering Organization in defining & designing Chubb's Data Integration & Management solutions to support Operational and Analytical Data needs. We are looking for highly skilled technologists who are passionate about driving the design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines, and ensuring the effective utilization of data in the business processes.

    The Ideal candidate should be proficient at solving business data problems utilizing industry leading data engineering tools on varying technology platforms. Also be equally comfortable working with Business & IT partners to understand the requirements for designing and developing robust solutions that meet the highest standards. Must have technical "Hands-on" experience in implementation of data solutions and related downstream systems like data lake using technologies like Informatica IICS, Databricks Python, ADF, Snowflake and other Azure Databases. The candidate will work on multiple projects for delivery of data solutions, including new development, maintenance, and enhancements.

    Responsibilities
    • Conceptualize, design, implement and support solution for complex data ingestions/integrations with enterprise data products.
    • Liaising with Product Owners, Technology Partners, and Architects to ensure consistency and standardization across data platforms while designing scalable solutions.
    • Work with stakeholders including Management, Domain leads, and Teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
    • Own, create and maintain technical architecture documentation/process flow related to data engineering solution.
    • Build data product leveraging strong development and programming experience in database management, ETL processes, data modeling, and infrastructure to developing APIs, front-end applications, and automated data pipelines.

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/mathematics or related educational background. Master's degree is a plus.
    • 6+years of proven working experience in ETL methodologies, Data integration and data migration. Databricks/Spark & Python hands-on development skills a must.
    • Skilled in backend technologies (Python, Java, Scala) & Front-end development (JavaScript, React, Angular).
