Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team.

As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with booking reservations
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and policies
  • Process reservations and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain customer records and update reservation systems as needed
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for incoming and in house guests
  • Assist with inventory control and management of available bookings
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Streamline, AirBnb, VRBO, and company website to track and analyze reservation data
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote our services to potential customers
  • Ability to create and confirm bookings within AirBnb, VRBO, and direct bookings
  • Ability to have verbally reach out to guests regarding upcoming stays or in house concerns
  • Knowledge of properties

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
  • Streamline and AirBnb experience is preferred
  • Ability to use a Mac computer
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment

$ $32.00 per hour
