You will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

For our managed services customers, you will take on the monitoring, acceptance, and forwarding of tickets in a threeshift operation.
You will take care of the analysis, categorization, and prioritization of disruptions and service requests from our major customers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), disposition, and problem tracking.
