We are currently looking for energetic support for our Service department:

ITSM Process Manager*in for SACM
(Salary group 14 TV-L)

The IT Service Management team is responsible for certain operational ITSM processes based on ITIL and makes an important contribution to the operational excellence of ITDZ Berlin. Tasks range from classic process management (modeling, KPIs, trainings, etc.) to taking on central roles in operations (e.g. CAB moderation, CMDB data analysis, incident resolution rounds). In addition, we see ourselves as "drivers" of the topic throughout the organization. We continuously develop our processes and align them with ITIL V3 and ITIL 4.
As the processes are cross-departmental, interfaces and collaboration are crucial. In your future team, everyone has a core task and also works on other processes. Good collaboration and mutual support are important values for us to overcome challenges together. As a new member, you will join our team of 12 and work with us to further develop our processes.
