    Job Description

    Our Operations team is seeking Order Operations Specialists to oversee critical aspects of purchase optimization by managing order processing and vendor selection. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric approach, excellent attention to detail, and a talent for enhancing processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage orders - process individual orders from vendors for clients, directing them to various vendors based on client preferences and availability
    • Organize client and order catalogs, and keep vendor data/rules updated
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address issues, streamline client onboarding, and enhance the overall order experience
    • Suggest improvements to workflows and platforms to enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership
    • Go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional client experience for orders

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS
    • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and creative problemsolving skills
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
    • Self-motivated with a strong team player mentality
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks independently and seek guidance when needed
    • Focus on repetitive tasks with speed and precision

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar cross-department communication tools
    • Six months of experience in e-commerce, vendor/order management, or a rapidly growing tech startup is advantageous
    • Prior exposure to B2B software
