- Manage orders - process individual orders from vendors for clients, directing them to various vendors based on client preferences and availability
- Organize client and order catalogs, and keep vendor data/rules updated
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address issues, streamline client onboarding, and enhance the overall order experience
- Suggest improvements to workflows and platforms to enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership
- Go the extra mile to ensure an exceptional client experience for orders
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and creative problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
