Description
City Wide Building Services is seeking an outside sales representative with a "go getter" attitude in the Houston market.

This individual is responsible for finding and engaging new customers through a combination of cold-calling, warm lead follow-up and expanding existing client relationships.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Educate the client on the various types of services that City Wide offers and determine the most appropriate solution to meet client's needs.
  • Work with Director of Business Development to define sales strategies and achieve established goals.
  • Identify potential clients in the assigned market.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationship with clients.
  • Identify and contact qualified clients for services daily.
  • Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with clients onsite.
  • Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process.
  • Track all prospecting in CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1 or more years minimum experience in sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
  • B2B Sales experience preferred
