    Description

    Job Title - Software Engineer/Scrum Master

    Location - Rd Anaheim CA 92802, Onsite 4 Days a week

    Salary - $145K

    Job Type - FTE

    Description/Comment:

    We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team focusing on the Salesforce Platform Service Cloud. In this role, you will be working closely with a Product Owner and Solution Architect in supporting technical queries and ensuring the smooth operation of the Salesforce platform.

    Managing vendor platform interactions.

    • Oversight of offshore team activities including issue resolution, implementing new workflows, configurations, etc.
    • Working in 2-3 week sprints using Agile methodologies.
    • Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the offshore team and Product Owner.
    • Managing the demand backlog and contributing to product management activities.
    • Proficiency in creating reports using Wizard reports.
    • Facilitating discussions with offshore development teams.
    • Leading end-of-sprint demos and engaging with business units.
    • Collaborating with various teams for internal Disney system integrations (ex: payment platforms, Incognito)
    • Solution design involvement with a focus on the overall development strategy.
    • Salesforce Lightning administration rights for the application.

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new business model aimed at creating a VIP mobile ordering system for various services. The role entails working closely with a diverse team, including a lead for the overall account, offshore lead, developers, Product Owner, and functional leader.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 5-7 years of overall experience.
    • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce platform modules, especially Service Cloud.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding both technical and business discussions.
    • Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools for task prioritization.
