PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: This role focuses on electrical and electronic commissioning and maintenance. Responsibilities include completing all tasks necessary to commission equipment and facilities.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB: Maintain a strong focus on safety; perform commissioning activities on electrical equipment in Oil/Gas production facilities. Other duties involve installation, repair, and adherence to policies and work methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRITICAL SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand and adhere to Wood's Safety Policies and Procedures throughout the project. Personal and team safety awareness are crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities. Must have a detailed knowledge of midstream oil and gas processing facilities, including:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning electrical systems in the Oil/Gas or Petrochemical industry. Preferably with midstream/downstream exposure.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Relevant Electrical Technician certificates or Higher National Certificate in Engineering required.
