As a Controlling Manager (m/f/d), you will actively shape the financial and strategic future of a leading company through in-depth analysis, management consulting, and optimization of business processes, while also sharing knowledge and best practices throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • You will take full responsibility for managing one or more units within the company group in the area of controlling and analysis, including creating clear analyses, evaluations, forecasts, and budget plans.
  • You will be responsible for designing and presenting regular reports and decisionmaking aids for various management committees.
  • You will actively advise departments and company management on economic issues, identify potential for improvement, and provide practical recommendations.
  • You will coordinate between various interfaces within the company and occasionally take on leadership roles in companywide projects.
  • You will promote and develop data analysis skills in various business areas and subsidiaries through targeted training.
Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your studies in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, ideally with a specialization
