Hours are full time 40+ per week plus overtime when appropriate.

Location:

Home-base with responsibilities also at area locations and other offsite business when appropriate.


Responsibilities:

(General)

  • Build upon the AVmedia Culture, Core Values and Core Purpose by being a role model at all times. Forge excellent relationships with Family members and key customers whenever possible.
  • Setting and striking equipment in a swift, detail oriented, and safe manner.
  • Speaking with customers and hoteliers in a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
  • Documenting activities on a daily basis based on hotel or event site protocol.
  • Seeking out ways to improve the operation to include service and financial results.
  • Maintaining and protecting all assets at all times from damage, misuse or possible theft.

Requirements:


Technical Skills:


  • Basic AV (flipcharts, microphones, laptops, breakout projection, screens, static lighting, audio (analog) mixers and speakers etc)
  • Knowledge of digital audio mixers, intelligent lighting, networking, advanced switching, HD projection a plus.

Qualifications:


  • If this position requires driving a company vehicle, you must be in possession of a valid driver's license. A clean driving record over the past three (3) years is required.
