- Lead and develop the FP&A team
- Be a strategic advisor to the VP Finance for key operational and strategic business-wide decisions
- Generate P&L insights for management both top-line and expense related, expand upon areas of opportunity with follow-up analyses and recommendations
- Analyze macro and micro environment trends to understand how those could impact our business/forecast
- Lead and coordinate the budget and reforecast process for the organization
- Develop models and reporting output (dashboards, analyses, white papers, etc) to support critical decision making and guide strategic approach around working capital, capital allocation, and cash flow
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial reporting, to be shared and discussed with the executive team and department leads
- Business partner with cross-functional teams to align on and support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and drive profitable growth
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in investment banking, consulting or venture capital environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and financial modeling skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Great management skills - upward, downward, and peer-to-peer. Strong communicator who is able to motivate others, and collaborate effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively about open-ended business problems
- You're metrics-driven in your decision-making, always striving to improve existing processes and are naturally curious
- You work best in a highly collaborative environment, and you are less focused on who sent the best idea in, but what the best idea actually was (and why)
- You're a strong performer under pressure and tight timelines
- Competitive spirit, high energy, self-motivated team player
- Nice to have: Experience with data science, experience in vertical SaaS

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
The Head of FP&A will play an important role on our finance team. This role will report to our VP of Finance. In this role, you will lead our FP&A organization with a focus on partnering with senior leadership across the business on forecasting and analysis. This role will also act as a strategic partner and advisor to the VP Finance. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive operational and strategic excellence.
